Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters in Marignane is looking for a Product Manager (m/f) within the area "Digital Transformation & Information Management / Information Management Airbus Helicopters/ Infrastructure Operations IM/ Front Office IM" for the department - Help Desk & Services Monitoring IM"..
With the implementation of Service Now IT Service Management the management of IT knowledge content will become one of our key-elements at Airbus Global support strategy. The target is hereby to secure, that available IM knowledge content is systematically, user-friendly and up to date provided to incentive End users to leverage Self-Service at ITSM portal to a Maximum & deliver the right IT Support documentation for Service Desk

Tasks & accountabilities

Your Main Missions are :

  • Overall responsible for all Airbus Helicopters IT knowledge content, acting as Webmaster focused on knowledge content in close cooperation with technical ITSM team, which is managing technically the platform.
  • Being focal point for all IT knowledge content & IT support documentation for service desk, advising service responsible related to knowledge content, manage documentation quality review & searching for opportunities to optimize all usage
  • Manage the full knowledge management process (creation, update, validation and revision) according to the needs of different population based on various inputs
  • Permanently collecting customers feedback & technical inputs to maximize the portal business value for end users as well as securing up to date content for all IT support actors.
  • Work closely within the AH transnational team & in close contact with Airbus Group knowledge stakeholders to manage global group content & leverage existing knowledge within the Group
  • For external work packages monitor the service delivery with focus on service level, service quality and cost efficiency

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • An experience on Information Systems and/or Project management :3 to 5 years
  • ITSM tooling knowledge ideally focused on self-service features and respective support processes (e.g. Service Now, BMC Remedy)
  • Awareness on ITIL processes and recommendations
  • Experience of technical and conceptional setup of Intranet / Internet content
  • Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
  • Language Skills: fluent in English and advanced in French.
